Quick Answers

Q: Can multiple people use the app for the same sortie?

A: Multiple people can use the app, but the first person to perform the debrief will be the information that is entered in your mission management system. If information already exists there, the app will sync with the system data rather than overwrite it.

Q: Can sorties be created in the app?

A: At this time, we recommend creating sorties using Safari or on your computer. The app doesn’t yet support pop-ups and other requirements for creating sorties in some situations.

Q: If you hit something unexpected in your mission management system, what should you do?

A: If you hit something unexpected in your mission management system, press Home and try the function again. If the problem persists, capture a screenshot and contact support at support@ezaero.com with device details and the steps to reproduce.

Q: My mission-system sortie didn't load properly.

A: When adding a new sortie, it's important to navigate all the way to "Edit" the sortie. Once there, press Home and your new sortie should appear. If it still doesn't load, try logging out and back into your mission management system via Safari and re-attempt the import.
